The loction is excellent, just A BLOCK AWAY from The Murakami Tenshudou and yet, it is close enough to the JR rail station.
The room is rather small, but I guess that is a standard for any Japanese hotel.

The staff were proactive, spacious room with good view, comfortable bed and pillows, convenient location near public transport and eateries.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was outstanding, as it was just a short tram ride from the main train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was also near several sightseeing spots, allowing me to easily visit historical sites in the area. Additionally, the hotel had great amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff provided exceptional service and were always kind and helpful. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.
Highly recommended for everyone.

Great location near historical area and easy access to transportation. Fantastic and helpful staff. Enjoyed the breakfast offered in the restaurant.
Dated rooms and lack of view from the city-view rooms. Bathrooms were functional but not luxurious.

Located on a small hill, the hotel is close to several sightseeing attractions including Glover Gardens and Oura Cathedral tram station. the room was clean with thick towels provided in the bathroom. Staff service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was good. a Family Mart was available just a short walk away.
The hotel looked outdated and in need of renovation, with carpets in the hallway being quite dirty.

The staff members were helpful and the room was spacious, with a lovely view of the city. The location is convenient for sightseeing, as it is within walking distance of several attractions and public transport options. The hotel facilities were great, with nice amenities in the room and complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were knowledgeable about the city.

Great location, close to transportation and convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and had all the basic amenities I needed. it was a good value for the price.
The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The decor felt outdated and the carpets were worn and stained in many areas.
